Experience the city tour of Abidjan including Le Plateau, the central, high-rise commercial area, Cocody, the upscale residential section and Treichville, which is linked to Le Plateau by two major bridges. Treichville is one of the areas where the masses live. It has a few colourful markets and quite an interesting, vibrant nightlife.  No tour of Abidjan would be complete without a visit to the north-western part of town, Abobo, where Africa’s largest outdoor launderette (laundry) is located. Here you will witness an unforgettable spectacle, hundreds of Fanicos (washer men, no women), jam together in the middle of a stream to wash clothes.

YAMOUSSOUKRO AND THE BASILICA TOUR - Basilica of Our Lady of Peace - The largest Christian church in the world is the most remarkable legacy of Houphouet-Boigny. Although it doesn't seat nearly as many worshippers, it is structurally larger than St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City (after which it was modelled), with a greater surface area and higher dome. Other highlights include the Mosque, the market, and the lake of Sacred Crocodiles.
